I recently had the honor of traveling to La Jolla California to photograph the most incredible wedding with Randi and even Lizzy tagged along with us for this one.  And can I tell you…..I Love Destination Weddings!!!  There is something so intimate about them.  The setting was the Darlington House and the glorious Pacific Ocean.  All I can say was everything was perfect!!!  Love was in the air when we arrived.  I could feel it from the top of my head to the tip of my toes…….such a beautiful bride and groom head-over-heels-in-love with each other……and family and friends there to share this day way with two people they loved with all their hearts.   It was a fairytale.  They will live happily ever after!

You’ll want to see lots more from this wedding so click over to our wedding blog and enjoy!!!

I had to share more of this beautiful bride.  What a joy she was to work with…and so  much fun, she can go from this

to this in the blink of an eye……she is not afraid of the camera one bit and as you can see the camera loves her!!!

Carolyn is such a classic beauty and so elegant.  She carries herself with grace and when she walked into the room in her beautiful gown I was overwhelmed….and couldn’t wait to capture her.

Another perfect day and another perfect wedding….truly a match made in heaven.  Randi and I were lucky enough to be a part of Jordan and Jonathan’s wedding day in McCall, Idaho.

If you guessed these two are golfers you guessed right….their story began on a golf course.  Don’t you love this shot of their rings, and if you look really closely you can read the writing on their custom made tees they say, “Mr. & Mrs. Big Deal”  (Jonathan’s nickname on the golf course…Big Deal that is).  I wish I could take credit for this clever idea for a ring shot….but I can’t….all the credit goes to my adorable hubby John.  I love you big guy!!!

Do you want to see more?  Well then head over to our wedding site i do wedding photography….we have lots more to share.

Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Hall!!!  I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you!

I want to start this post by saying, “I love my job!!!”  How many people really get to say that?  I am so thankful for what I get to do.  I get to help others remember a memory…and make it just a little bit prettier.  My heart was filled with joy as I headed back to Idaho to shoot this wedding.  I was so  excited to be returning home, and knowing I would get to see old friends made me feel all warm and fuzzy.

There was joy and a feeling of love that was indescribable from the moment Randi and I walked through the door.  Emotions seemed to be on every-one’s shirt sleeves…but it was a good thing.  It was evident this was a match made in heaven.

This was the first look between Monica and Jesse it was the sweetest most tender moment, and I was blessed to be a part of it.

If you haven’t been over to our brand new [i do] wedding photography site you need to go over and see it.  We have a beautiful slide show on there of Monica and Jesse…the song it’s set to was part of their wedding.  Monica walked down the aisle to it sung by her cousin playing acoustic guitar…..it was soooooooo romantic, and yes I was crying.  They also danced to it for their first dance.

I also wanted to give a plug to Stephen Crow of Salon Salon and  and the Spa.  He did the bridal party and they looked absolutely stunning gorgeous!!!
